There is actually a whole lot to try and focus on when it comes to the gameplay of Jagged Alliance 3. Money is what mercenaries are all about and the more money you make, the better mercenaries you can hire. You will get to explore the country, talk to people, finding new areas and of course making money. Each one that you come across will have their own set of skills, backstory, and personality and it is up to you to decide if they are the right fit for your team. It has that 80s action vibe down to a T when it comes to the presentation. It is a very cool idea and totally the kind of plot that would have been in a Chick Norris movie back in the 80s! I love the whole style of the game as there are different types of areas ranging from a jungle, a base, a desert looking place, and more. The president’s family has hired you to put together an elite group of mercenaries to find the president and get back control of the country. A rebel faction called The Legion has seized power and the president has gone missing. The nation of Grand Chien has been thrown into chaos. The whole premise of Jagged Alliance 3 is something that I think is very cool. However, I think that with this game it is great in that it is going to be something those who have played the previous games can enjoy, but at the same time, it looks like it is also very welcoming for those new to the franchise. I am a pretty big fan of the series I was actually gifted the last game by a friend and I spent a ton of time with it. It is like an over the top 80s action movie and I could not be any more into what it is offering. Use tactical brilliance and guerilla tactics to destroy their structures and strengthen the island’s population to take back what is rightfully theirs.I love strategy games, but Jagged Alliance 3 is “my” kind of strategy game.
